sMokE fan
The smoke fan is made up of two parts and is flanged to the boiler's structure.
ATTENTIoN fan connected. Disconnect the mains power supply!
Loosen the connection screws between the fan, gasket and smoke discharge.
Carefully check that no ashes or soot have deposited onto the finned impeller of the fan. If
necessary, clean with a vacuum cleaner or a brush.

Check gasket on discharge flange
Make sure the perimeter gasket between the discharge flange on the boiler and the fan's unit are intact and complete.
Clean the combustion chamber
• Open the upper and centre door.
• Push upwards and remove the steel profiles.

After removing all steel profiles, clean the walls of the boiler and primary air opening from deposits of ashes and soot. Any ash residues must
also be removed completely from inside.
Use the cleaning tools and an ash vacuum cleaner!
Check boiler door gaskets
Make sure that all perimeter gaskets on the boiler's doors are intact and complete, and sealed. A
functional check must also be carried out regarding the status of the closing mechanisms (handles
and hinges).
Clean smoke discharge sensor
Loosen the fastening screw and remove the sensor from the smoke pipe.
Then clean the soot and dirt particles with a cloth.
Check safety valves (supplied as an opTIoNAL accessory)
Check the seal and operation of all system safety valves; make sure there are no water leaks.
If operation is compromised, the valve must be cleaned or replaced.
Thermal discharge valve check (supplied as an opTIoNAL)
Make sure the thermal discharge valve is sealed and operating, meaning there is no water leak.
For this reason, press the red button and manually wash the thermal discharge valve.
If operation is compromised, the valve must be cleaned or replaced.
