In compliance with current regulations, boilers must be installed in rooms having sufficient ventilation required for combustion. It is not
permitted to install boilers in living spaces (including corridors). The minimum overall dimensions of the opening for combustion air in the
boiler room must be minimum 100 cm per boiler. Besides the boiler, the thermal control unit must also accommodate the inertial storage
tank, hot water boiler, electrical panel and all water plant engineering.
