TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem
The appliance does not work.
The appliance is not heating.
There is steam escaping between
the lid and the body.
The food is not cooked.
Water is coming out of the
appliance.
Water is coming out of the body.
There is steam leakage between
silicon ring and container.

Cause
The appliance is not plugged
properly.
You have not pressed the start/
stop button.
You have not fill the tank.
The turbo ring not correctly locked.
The lid is not in place.
There is no water or not enough
water in the tank.
Water is overflowing by the steam
chimney.
There might be a water leak around
the heating element.
The appliance is not stable on the
container (due to the shape of
the container or the handle of the
container).
Solution
Make sure that the appliance is
properly plugged into a main
power socket.
Press the start/stop button.
Fill the tank with water to the
maximum level.
Check that the turbo ring
correctly locked.
Check that the lid is correctly
in place.
Before and during the cooking,
check the water level.
If there is no more water during
cooking, the appliance will not
produce steam anymore and
will no longer continue to cook
the food.
Make sure to respect the
maximum level of water.
Take the appliance to an
approved Service Centre.
Make sure that the appliance is
stable before launch cooking.
