• Caution: the surface of heating element is subject
to residual heat after use.
• Caution: risk of injury due to improper use of the
appliance.
• Always unplug the appliance:
– immediately after use
– when moving it
– prior to any cleaning or maintenance.
• There is a risk of burns if you touch the hot surfaces
of the appliance, hot water, steam or the food.
• Do not touch the appliance while it is producing
steam and use oven gloves to remove the lid and
the steam accessory.
• The appliance can be used up to an altitude of
4000 m.
Recommendation on containers to use
• Steam'up fits any heat-resistant containers, from
16cm to 28cm wide thanks to its silicone ring.
Check that the dish diameter is smaller than the
silicone ring before using the appliance.
• The maximum height of the container must not
exceed 12 cm.
• They can be aluminum, stainless steel, glass or
terracotta containers. Never use the appliance on
plastic containers.
