PROBLEMS
MOTOR DOES NOT START
THE PUMP IS BLOCKED
INSUFFICIENT FLOW RATE
IMPROPER OPERATION
Any intervention must be carried out by qualified personnel!
POSSIBLE CAUSES
the control device indicates a fault
the pump starts in manual mode
there is no voltage in the system
other problems
the pump is overloaded
the current limiter has too low a regulation
the motor protection switch is damaged
not all system phases are in voltage
other problems
pump body, impeller, valves, pipes: clogged
impeller and diffuser are worn out
too high delivery height
other problems
check that the pump is cooled by the liquid and
that the impeller rotates freely, check that the
thermal protection is inserted correctly
check that the control equipment, level
regulators and thermal sensors work
check that the main switch is activated, all the
phases of the power cable are under load, the
motor cable is not interrupted, the fuses have
continuity and are tightened
contact an authorized workshop
check that the density of the liquid is not
excessive; disconnect the power supply and
check that the impeller rotates without difficulty
adjust the current limiter
replace the motor protection switch
check the motor fuses or contact an electrician
contact an authorized workshop
suitably clean pump body, impeller, valves, pipes
replace impeller and diffuser
change the type of pump or impeller with the
most suitable types
contact an authorized workshop
