Assembly Instructions—Wheel Kit
• Remain aware of the location of other people nearby
when lifting the machine.
• Use appropriate lift points.

Installation procedure

1. Attach the wheels (a) to the axle shaft (b) with the
washers (c) and the cotter pins (d).

2. Lift the machine to a comfortable height to attach the
axle shaft and main support bracket. See Lifting the
machine.
3. Attach the axle shaft to the bottom-right crossbar (e)
with four M8 x 16 bolts (f) and four M8 nuts (g).

4. Attach the cushion mounts (h) to the main support
bracket (j) using two M6 x 28 (k) bolts and two
M6 nuts (m).

5. Insert an M6 x 28 bolt through the correct hole in the
main support bracket for models GP3800A or
GP5600A/GP6600A, through the spacer (n) and the
bottom-left crossbar (o) of the machine, and fasten
with an M6 nut.
6. Secure the main support bracket to the left crossbar
of the machine with four M8 x 16 bolts and four M8
nuts (g).
7. Clear the area around the machine and carefully
lower the machine to the ground.
