ADJUSTMENT OF THE RUNNING BELT

The running belt can expand after prolonged use and must then be readjusted.
Let the treadmill run at a speed of 3 km/h. Turn the rear adjustment screws
with the supplied Allen wrench to center the belt.
When the treadmill moves to
the right, turn the right adjusting
screw 1/4 turn clockwise and
the left adjusting screw 1/4 turn
counterclockwise. Continue turning
the adjustment screws until the
treadmill is correctly centered.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE MOTOR BELT

The motor belt is preset at the factory. After a certain period of use,
however, sagging may occur. To adjust the belt, turn the adjusting screw
counterclockwise with a wrench.
