DIS Shows the distance.
CAL Shows the calories.

SPEED Shows the speed.
STEP Shows the steps.
Key functions
START/ Press the button to start the Treadmill when it is stopped.
PAUSE Press the button while the Treadmill is running to stop it.
Time, distance and calories will be stored. Press the button
again to restart the Treadmill and resume the speed before
stopping. Calories, time and distance will continue to count.
STOP While running, if the treadmill is paused or stopped, press the
STOP button to stop the treadmill and reset all data.
+/- Increase and decrease speed button. The two buttons were
used to adjust the parameters of the treadmill when stopped
and the speed while running. Increase or decrease the speed
faster by pressing and holding the buttons for more than 1
second.
