23.3 Cleaning of the outer parts (Daily / Weekly)
Clean all external parts of the cabinet every week. See "General instructi ons" chapter 23.2.
23.4 Clean the internal parts (Monthly)
Refer to chapters 23.1 and 23.2 and proceed as follows:

remove all the products from the cabinet

remove all the removable parts, such as display dishes, grid trays, etc.

wash with lukewarm water (max 30°C)

disinfect using an anti bacterial detergent
carefully clean the bott om tray, the drip, and the grid that protects the water drain, eliminat-

ing all foreign bodies that have fallen through the sucti on grid lift ing the plate of the fans

carefully dry using a soft cloth

23.5 Clean specifi c materials
