6.6.2 Installing the control panel

The stove's control panel can be mounted into a
plasterboard wall by cutting a hole (105x60mm) and
tting its mounting bracket (included) to its back with
the two bolts ( g. 6.9).
Do not install the panel in a hot area of the hood.
Run the cable between the panel and the stove in
such a way that it is not damaged by heat when the
stove is running.
The control panel hooks up with its cable (included)
to connector RJ11 on the rear of the stove's
basement ( g. 6.10 - C-).
6.6.3 Connection to an external timer
thermostat
The stove can be connected to an external timer
thermostat that switches the stove on or off
according to the set temperature.
When the set temperature is reached the thermostat
opens the circuit and consequently switches off
the stove.
The external thermostat is connected to the two
terminals on the rear of the stove, which are
jumpered in the factory. Disconnect the jumper and
connect the two thermostat contacts ( g 6.10 - A -).
The stove must be set to con guration 1 following
the instructions shown in the paragraph on "Initial
con guration".
After rst installing the timer thermostat, the stove
needs to be switched on manually, while the timer
thermostat is in "call" status. This operation is also
required in the event of power failures or if the stove
is switched off manually.
To avoid overlapping the working time bands, it's
recommend to disable (set to OFF) the stove's
timer.
