Recipes
The blender is suitable for
S mixing and foaming liquids,
S cutting and chopping raw fruit, vegetables,
nuts and chocolate,
S puréeing soups, cooked fruit and vegetables,
S preparing mayonnaises and sauces.
Processing quantities
Process a maximum 1.25 l / 2½ pints of liquid
or 0.75 l / 1 pt 7 oz of foaming or hot liquid.
The optimum processing quantity of solid
ingredients is 80-100 g / 3-3½ oz.
Mayonnaise
Note: In the blender mayonnaise can be
prepared from whole eggs only.
Basic recipe:
1 egg
1 heaped tsp. mustard
1 tbs. vinegar or lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
200-250 ml / 7-9 fl oz oil
Ingredients must be at the same temperature.
S Switch the blender to a low speed.
S Mix the ingredients (except the oil) for several
seconds at a low speed. Turn the funnel.
S Switch the blender to the highest setting, pour
the oil through the funnel and blend for approx.
1 minute.
Maximum quantity: double the quantity of the
basic recipe
Tip: If processing the maximum quantity, finish
off blending for several seconds on AUTO
PULSE.
Salad dressing
Basic recipe:
200 g / 7 fl oz soured cream
200 g / 7 fl oz yoghurt
1-3 garlic cloves
2-3 tsp. ketchup
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of salt
3-6 tsp. vinegar
S Blend all ingredients at maximum speed for
approx. 1 minute.
Maximum quantity: double the quantity of the
basic recipe
Tip: The dressing is suitable for green and mixed
salads.

Hot chocolate
50-75 g / 1¾-2¾ oz cooled cooking chocolate
½ l / 18 fl oz hot milk
Whipped cream and grated chocolate if required
S Cut the cooking chocolate into pieces (approx.
1 cm / ½ in) and cut up thoroughly in the
blender at maximum speed.
S Switch off the blender and pour milk through
the funnel.
S Blend at maximum speed for 1 minute.
S Pour the hot chocolate into glasses and,
if required, serve with whipped cream and
grated chocolate.
Banana ice shake
2-3 bananas
2-3 heaped tbs. vanilla or lemon ice cream
Few drops of vanilla essence
½ l / 18 fl oz milk
S Blend the ingredients at maximum speed for
approx. 1 minute.
Sangria
1-2 oranges
1 lemon
4-6 ice cubes
Sugar to taste
400 ml / 14 fl oz red wine
S Peel the oranges and lemons and cut into
pieces.
S Finely blend all ingredients (except red wine)
at maximum speed for approx. 1 minute.
S Add red wine.
S Set blender briefly to AUTO PULSE until the
drink foams.
Sportler cocktail
2-3 oranges
1-2 lemons
½-1 tbs. sugar or honey
¼ l / 9 fl oz apple juice
¼ l / 9 fl oz mineral water
Ice cubes if required
S Peel the oranges and lemons, cut into pieces.
S Blend the ingredients (except apple juice and
mineral water) at maximum speed for approx.
1 minute.
S Add apple juice and mineral water.
S Set the blender briefly to AUTO PULSE until
the drink foams.
S Pour the cocktail into glasses and, if required,
serve with ice cubes.
