Guarantee
The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by material
defect or manufacturing defect. Original payment voucher
with the sales date needs to be submitted for any claim in the
guarantee period. The guarantee does not cover any
unauthorised use such as appliance overloading, use of
violence, damage as a result of any unauthorised interference
or caused by foreign items. Failing to follow the operating and
assembly instructions and common wear are also not
included in the guarantee.
Operation
Sheet metal within the maximum specified thickness to be
cut only.
Guide the appliance slowly and evenly. Do not press too
much and prevent seizing.
The cut-out needle must be guided perpendicularly to the
sheet metal if possible. Seizing may lead to breaking of
the cut-out foot or the cut-out needle.
Behaviour in case of emergency
In case of accident, first aid kit must always be available in
the place of your work in accordance with DIN 13164.
Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be
supplemented right away.
If help is needed, please provide the following details:

Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the
injury nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as
possible. Protect the injured person against other injuries and
calm him/her down.

Disposal
Disposal instructions are illustrated in the form of pictograms
on the device or packaging. Description of the pictograms is
given in "Identification" chapter.
Disposal of transport packaging
Packaging protects the device against damage during
transport. Packaging materials are usually selected according
to their effect on environment and disposal methods and can
therefore be recycled. Returning of the packaging back to
circulation saves resources and costs for packaging disposal.
Parts of the packaging (e.g. foil, styropor) may be dangerous
for children. Risk of suffocation! Keep these parts of the
packaging out of reach of children and dispose as soon as
possible.
Operator requirements
The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions
before using the appliance.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary to use the appliance
apart from detailed instructions by an expert.
Minimum age
The appliance may only be operated by persons over 18
years of age who have been instructed in handling and
operating the appliance. An exception includes youngsters
operating the appliance within their professional education to
achieve necessary skills under trainer's supervision.
Training
Using the appliance only requires appropriate instructions by
an expert or reading the Operating Instructions. No special
training necessary.
Storing
Keep the appliance in a dry, elevated or locked place
inaccessible to children.
Servicing and treatment
Servicing may only be performed by trained
persons.
Following the servicing instructions stated in this
document is a guarantee of a long service life and
trouble-free operation of this high-quality product.
Disconnect the appliance from the source of
compressed air when servicing and treating it. Daily
cleaning and regular lubrication are necessary for
perfect permanent working of your appliance. Special oil
for tools to be used only.
You can choose from the following options:
a)
use a mist lubricator
The complete maintenance unit contains a mist
lubricator and is fitted on the compressor.
b)
use a piping lubricator
A piping lubricator supplying the appliance with a
sufficient amount of oil will be installed in the
immediate vicinity of the appliance (in a distance of
app. 50 cm).
c)
manually
If your appliance has neither the maintenance unit
nor the piping lubricator, you must add 3-5 drops of
oil to the compressed air connection every time you
are going to put the pneumatic appliance into
operation. If the pneumatic appliance has not been
used for a couple of days, you must add 5-10 drops
of oil to the compressed air connection before
starting the appliance. Keep your pneumatic
tools/appliances in dry rooms only.
