Failure to position the logs in accordance with these diagrams or failure to use only logs specifi cally approved
with this appliance may result in property damage or personal injury.
Logs must be placed in their exact location in the appliance. Do not modify the proper log positions, since
appliance may not function properly and delayed ignition may occur.
The logs are fragile and should be handled with care.

direct fl ame, and provide a unique and realistic glowing effect that is different in every installation. Use only certifi ed
PHAZER™ logs, glowing embers, and charcoal embers available from your local authoriez dealer / distributor.
Log colours may vary. During the initial use of the appliance, the colours will become more uniform as colour pig-
ments burn in during the heat-activated curing process.
Place the back log (1) into the fi rebox, pushing it as

close to the fi rebox wall as possible and centered
onto the log support pan.
Place the front log (2) on the ember screen lining up

Ensure the left support tab and the two right
support tabs are bent down to ensure the front

The ember screen frame has a minimal adjustment distance. When heating with natural gas, push the ember
screen so that the screws are to the back of the adjustment slots (Fig. 1).
