1. Disconnect vehicle battery before installation.

2. Mount gauge in 52.4mm diameter hole.

Secure with supplied bracket and hardware.

3. Wire gauge as shown in diagram.

Sender Will Get Very Hot During Operation.

As a safety precaution, the red wire of this

product should be fused before connecting

Red Wire(Power):

Connect to a fused and switched 12V positive source that is turned

on and off with the ignition switch. Place a 3 amp automotive fuse

(available commercially) in line with this connection to protect your

gauge. It is recommended that vehicles without alternators connect

this wire to a separate switch that can be swithced on after the

engine has been cranked/fired

(See Sensor Heating Element Section)

Black Wire(Ground):

Connect to good engine ground.

Brown Wire(Optional Peak/Recall & Warning WOT Switch):

Connect to Wide Open Throttle WOT) Switch. Required for

Peak Recall and Alarm/Warning Functionality.

Page 2 Lambda reading is relative to your Stoichiometric point with respect to your upper and lower range tolerances. SSD – Seven Segment Display. This is the digital numeric display that indicates your current Air Fuel or Lambda reading. This display is also used to help you navigate and make changes to your settings.
Page 3: Menu Options
Alarm/Warning mode enables you to program a visual alert point into the gauge in order to warn you of when air/fuel mixtures are running dangerously lean in your vehicle’s engine. The visual alarm or warning activates when the AFR or Lambda reading reaches or exceeds your programmed alarm point.
Page 4 Pro Control Setting Mode: The Pro Control setting allows you to adjust the AFR or lambda value that causes the Pro Control output to turn on. The Pro Control wire supplies ground when activated. It is recommended to use a relay switch to protect the gauge circuit from excessive current. If you would like to adjust this value, please follow the instructions below.
Page 5 Data Logger Output Range: The STACK Wideband Air / Fuel gauge has a signal output for supplying information to a Data Logger or engine management system. The sig- nal provided is a linear 0-5v output. See the BGD Range Setting Mode for information about how to define the air/fuel mixture values for low (0v) and high (5v) ranges of the output in order to scale this linear signal output for best operation with your Data Logger or engine management.
Page 6 There are many variables involved in each engine build and use which make it impossible to accurately provide a single chart which address ideal air / fuel mixtures for every combination. It is the ultimate responsibility of the user to confirm proper target values and calibration for the application. Stack holds no responsibility for improper use of this product that results in engine damage. We recommend that you consult your tuner or engine builder for specific values appropriate to your application as they may vary from the chart below.
Page 7 Auto Dim Mode: This product incorporates an Auto-Dimming feature that allows it to adjust automatically for varying lighting conditions. This is accomplished with a sensor light embedded in the dial. You may enable or disable this feature depending upon your viewing preference. When Auto-Dim mode is disabled, the product and LED’s operate at maximum brightness regardless of atmospheric lighting conditions.

12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY STACK, Ltd. warrants to the consumer that all STACK products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of the original purchase. Products that fail within this 12 month warranty period will be repaired or replaced at STACK’s option to the consumer, when it is determined by STACK, Ltd. that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship.

Page 12 Pro Control-Einstellungsmodus: Die Einstellung von Pro Control ermöglicht, den AFR- oder Lambda-Wert einzustellen, bei welchem der Pro Control-Ausgang aktiviert wird. Bei Aktivierung wird der Pro Control-Draht mit Masse verbunden. Es wird empfohlen, ein Relais zwischen zuschalten, um den Schaltkreis der Sonde vor zu hohem Strom zu schützen.

Sie basieren auf der Erfahrung der Arbeit von STACK mit verschiedenen Fahrzeugarten und Fahrzeugherstellern. In jedem Motormodell sind viele Variable verwirklicht und in Gebrauch. Dadurch wird es unmöglich, in einer einzigen Tabelle alle Kombinationen für das ideale Luft-/Treibstoffgemisch festzuhalten. Es liegt in der ausschließlichen Verantwortung des Anwenders, die richtigen Zielwerte und die Kalibrierung für die Anwendung festzulegen. STACK kann für die Beschädigung eines Motors durch eine falsche Anwendung dieses Produkts nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden. Wir empfehlen, dass Sie sich mit der Tuning-Firma oder dem Motorherstellers wegen der spezifischen Werte für Ihre Anwendung in Verbindung setzen, da sie von der Tabelle unten abweichen können.

Mode de réglage de la commande Pro : Le réglage de la commande Pro vous permet de régler la valeur de RAC ou Lambda qui entraîne l'activation de la sortie de commande Pro. Le fil de la commande Pro raccorde à la masse quand cette commande est activée. On recommande d’utiliser un contacteur-relais pour protéger la jauge contre un courant excessif.
