SAFETY MEASURES
To reduce risks during installation and eventual maintenance interventions on the electric equipment, be sure operate in seurity
conditions on electric equipment.
CAUTION !
Lifting equipment must be dimensioned to the weight of the electric pump (See product
description). Don't pass or stay under hanging loads.
FIXED INSTALLATION WITH AUTOMATIC CONNECTION FOOT
Fix the rail pipe anchor bracket (1) to the tank edge or on a solid basement.
Place the automatic connection foot (2) to the bottom of the well and check with a plumbe line that the two conical projections for the
connections of rail pipes on the automatic connection foot are perfectly upright to the projections of the connections for the anchor
bracket.
Mark on automatic connection foot pedestal the positions of the fixing slots and take measure of necessary lenght of rail pipes.
Fix automatic connection foot pedestal to the bottom of the well and couple delivery pipe to the same.
Disassemble rail pipe anchor bracket, couple rail pipes (3) to automatic connection foot and fix them to the well edge reassembling the
anchor bracket. Hook the chain to the handle placed on the electric pump, lift it, insert the guide hook (4) between the two pipes and
lower slowly; the hook of the lifting chain must be in line with the center of the electric pump, while the end of the lifting chain must be
fixed by galvanized shackle to the pipe anchor bracket.
Set cables in the well avoiding folds and inflactions and hang them to the clamp on the tank edge.
