• Do not sit on the appliance.
• Do not subject the appliance to heat (radiator,
oven...), to direct sunlight or dampness.
• Always use the appliance in a vertical position.
• Be careful of the potential damage that can be
caused by the appliance's sharp edges.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
• WARNING: Do not cover the appliance. Do not
place any materials or clothes on the appliance or
impede the circulation of air around the appliance.
• DO NOT BLOCK THE VENTILATION! Regularly check
that the air intakes and outlets are not obstructed.
• Do not place the air intake close to walls or curtains
(1m). Obstruction of the airflow may reduce the
appliance's efficiency.
• Do not put any objects through the protective fan
guard (finger, pen, tool...)
• DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical
or mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so will
void your warranty. The inside of the unit contains
no user serviceable parts. All servicing should be
performed by qualified personnel only.
• WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric
shock, do not use this appliance with any solid-
state speed control device.
• WARNING: To avoid danger of suffocation please
remove all packaging materials particularly plastic
and EPS and keep these away from vulnerable
people, children and babies.
• WARNING: To avoid the risk of accidental
strangulation from the supply cord all children and
vulnerable people must be supervised when near
the product whether it is working or not.
• Do not drop any objects into the openings. Do not
insert any objects into the openings.
• Do not unplug the appliance by pulling on the power
cable.
• Do not place the appliance on an unstable surface
such as a bed or a sofa. The appliance may tip over
and block the air intake or outlet.
Specific safety instructions for this product
• Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface
to avoid it tipping over and to prevent any water
leakage.
• Ensure that no-one sits or leans on the appliance.
• Do not remove the protective grill for cleaning.
• Do not spray any substances towards the fan
(insecticide).

• The water level must always be kept below the
«MAX» indicator. If the appliance is being used as
an air cooler/humidifier, the water level must not go
below the «MIN» indicator.
• After filling the water tank, do not shake or tilt the
appliance when moving it or putting it down to
avoid any spillages.
• Do not place any objects on top of or inside the
appliance.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning it or filling
the water tank.
• Unplug the appliance immediately if it tips over
when it has water in. Remove the drain plug located
at the bottom of the appliance and empty the water
out. In order to avoid damaging the appliance, make
sure you leave it to dry for at least 24 hours before
using it again.
• In order to avoid any leakages, empty the water
tank before moving the appliance.
• If you notice any liquid leaking out of your appliance,
switch it off and unplug it from the electricity
supply.
• Do not tilt the appliance in any direction because
any spillage of water may damage it.
• The appliance must be located at a minimum
distance of 1 metre from walls or any other
obstacles.
• If the cooler function is not working, please check
that:
- The filters are properly in place.
- The water tank is correctly placed.
- There is enough water (not below the "MIN"
indicator).
- There is not too much water (not above the
"MAX" indicator).
