Replacing the batteries

Disable the installation's tamper switch to avoid triggering the alarm:
Enter the user code on the keypad and then press the OFF key until the

indicator goes out.
Or press the OFF key on the remote control until the indicator goes out.
■ ■
You have 2 minutes to open the relevant part.

Remove the fixing screw
(c) and take off the cover. Do
not touch the lenses.

Remove the battery
compartment cover.
Maintenance
Clean the lenses with a dry cloth.

Remove the 2 fixing
screws (b) from the base. Do
not touch the mirrors.

Replace the spent batteries with 3 new LR03 alkaline
batteries, all the same make and from the same batch, making
sure they are the right way round (+/-).
Dispose of the spent batteries at a collection
point.
Close the detector, reversing the above opening
steps.
