1. PRESENTATIE EN SPECIFICATIES VAN HET PRODUCT
Het geheel PAKROL draagblokken en dissels zijn bestemd voor het verplaatsen van
de last op de grond. Deze verplaatsing wordt handmatig door de operator uitgevoerd,
aan een lage snelheid (< à 5 km/h) en op een vlakke grond, bestendig tegen de te
manipuleren totale last. Betonnen of betegelde vloeren zijn bijzonder aangepast voor
het veilig verplaatsen van deze lasten. Het verplaatsen op een onverharde grond
(bijvoorbeeld gravel) is totaal verboden.
2. INBEDRIJFSTELLING EN GEBRUIKSVOORWAARDEN
OM EEN PERFECTE EVENWICHTIGHEID VAN DE TE MANIPULEREN LAST TE
GARANDEREN EN DE BEGELEIDING ERVAN TE VERGEMAKKELIJKEN, RADEN
WIJ AAN 2 DRAAGBLOKKEN + 1 DISSEL VOOR BEGELEIDING TE GEBRUIKEN.
Voordat u de draagblokken en de dissel installeert, zorg ervoor dat het materiaal in goede
staat verkeert, in het bijzonder de staat van de looprollen en monteer de leiarm van de
dissel die erbij geleverd is. In het geval dat een verbindingsstang tussen de draagblokken
bijgeleverd werd (optie), monteer deze in het gat dat hiervoor is voorzien op elke
draagblok.
PROCEDURE VOOR HET PLAATSEN VAN DE PAKROL DRAAGBLOKKEN EN
DISSELS:
• Breng de te verplaatsen last omhoog met krikken of vijzels tot een voldoende hoogte
om de draagblokken en de dissel te kunnen plaatsen.
• Plaats stutten onder de last om te voorkomen dat de last valt tijdens het plaatsen van
de draagblokken of de dissel.
• Plaats de draagblokken en de dissel zodat de last uniform verdeeld is over de
onderdelen en dat de last in alle evenwichtigheid verplaatst kan worden. (Wij raden
het gebruik van een verbindingsstang aan tussen de draagbalken en de dissel om
de oriëntatie ervan tijdens de verplaatsing te waarborgen.
• Verwijder de stutten en breng de last over op de draagblokken en de dissel. Voordat
u de last verplaatst, zorg ervoor dat de last goed gestabiliseerd is.
• De verplaatsing en de begeleiding van de last gebeurt aan de hand van het
stuurinrichting van de dissel.
• Het verwijderen van de draagblokken en de dissel gebeurt door krikken of vijzels nadat
de last gehesen en vastgezet is.
3. BUITEN WERKING STELLEN EN OPSLAG
Als de draagblokken en dissels niet gebruikt worden, raden wij u aan ze in hun
oorspronkelijke verpakking op te bergen. In alle gevallen is het raadzaam ze omgekeerd
op te slaan, geplaatst op een caoutchouc bekleding. Ze moeten zonder last worden
opgeslagen. Bij transport- of opbergwerken raden wij u aan de producten te manipuleren
met hun transporthendel.
1. FUNCTIONS AND DESCRIPTION
The PAKROL range has been designed to handle and move loads on the floor. The
moving of the skate and trolley skate is done manually by the operator at a very slow
speed (< 5 km/h). The floor shall be flat and resistant to the load applied. To make the
moving in a safe condition, the floor shall be built with concrete or tiled. Clay floors are
inapropriate.
2. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
TO OFFER THE BEST LOAD STABILITY AND MAKE ITS GUIDING EASIER , WE
RECOMMEND TO SHARE THE LOAD SURFACE ON TWO SKATES AND ONE
TROLLEY SKATE FOR GUIDING.
Prior to place the PAKROL skates under the load, check that the product you have
received is in a good order mainly for the running wheels. Then fit the handle to the trolley
skate with the two bolts. As an option, we can supply the connecting bar between the
two skates, if our supply includes this equipment, then you need to bolt this connecting
bar to the frame of each skate.
INSTALLATION OF THE PAKROL SYSTEM
• With a rack and pinion or hydraulic jack, lift the load to a sufficient height to be able to
position the skates and trolley skates.
• Secure the load with wedges to prevent any fall of the load when positioning the
PAKROL.
• Place the skates and trolley skate in such a way that the load is correctly positionned in
full stability. (We advise you to use a connecting bar between the two skates to ensure
a reliable guiding when moving).
• Remove the wedges and lower the load to be positionned on the skates and trolley
skate. Before moving, ensure that the load is well balanced.
• The guiding of the load will be done with the handle of the trolley skate.
• To remove the PAKROL system after moving the load, lift the load with jacks and secure
with wedges.
3. STORAGE
When storing the PAKROL system, we recommend to place them in the original packing.
In any case, the skates and trolley skates shall be stored upside down on the rubber
cover without load. During transport operation, we recommend the operator to use the
manipulating handle.
4. WARNING AGAINST HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS
Warnings against hazardous operations have been described in the previous sections,
however, we would draw your attention to certain operations which are dangerous :
• DO NOT USE the PAKROL products over their Working Load Limit or without their
identification load plate.
• DO NOT MOVE loads with people on.
