GENERAL WARNING
1. Before using the PAKROL range, it is essential that users read this manual
and comply with its instructions, in order to ensure safe and effective operation.
This manual must be kept and made available to all users. Additional copies
can be supplied on request.
2. TRACTEL accepts non responsability for the consequence of dismantling
a PAKROL skate or any modification not made under its control, in particular
in the event of replacement of original parts with parts from another source.
3. The PAKROL range has been designed to handle and move loads on the floor
according to the Working Load Limit of each model. This W.L.L is mentionned
on the identification plate fixed on the skate.
4. The total load weight shall be equally shared between the skates and the trolley
skate. It is necessary to check if one of the skate is not overloaded compared
with the other one.
5. Never use a PAKROL product which is not in anapparent good order. It is
recommended to proceed to a visual check of the wheels before use.
6. Before use, always check that the floor can support the load when moving.
This floor area shall be cleared of any obstacle which could prevent the load
from moving freely.
Always concerned to improve the quality of its

right to modify the specifications of the
equipment described in this manual. The
companies of the TRACTEL group and their
agents or distributors will supply on request
descriptive documentations on the full range of
TRACTEL products : lifting and pulling
machines,permanent and temporary access
equipment, safety devices, electronic load
indicators, accessories such as blocks, hooks,
slings, ground anchors, etc...
The network is able to supply an after
sales and regular maintenance service.

4. VERBODEN GEBRUIK
Het gebruik van de PAKROL draagblokken en dissels conform de in deze handleiding
beschreven instructies verstrekt een volledige veiligheidsgarantie. Het is evenwel nuttig
de operator te waarschuwen voor de onderstaand beschreven foute handelingen.
HET IS VERBODEN:
• De PAKROL producten te gebruiken met een last die hun maximale gebruikslast
overschrijdt of zonder de kenplaat die op elk toestel is bevestigd.
• Met PAKROL producten lasten te transporteren waarop personen geplaatst zijn.
• Personen toestemming te geven op PAKROL producten te gaan staan.
• De PAKROL producten te gebruiken waarvan de goede staat van werking niet
duidelijk is.
• De PAKROL producten te doen vallen of te werpen, externe schokken kunnen
vervormingen van het product veroorzaken.
• De PAKROL producten te verplaatsen op een grond waarvan de weerstand de
veilige verplaatsing van de last niet mogelijk maakt.
• Het geheel last + PAKROL met een gemotoriseerd voertuig te slepen.
• Een last op een hellende grond te verplaatsen.
• De last met geweld op het PAKROL product te laten vallen.
• De PAKROL draagblokken en dissels onder de last te plaatsen zonder deze eerst
vastgezet te hebben aan de hand van aangepaste en voldoende bestendige systemen.
5. ONDERHOUD
Alle controle- en onderhoudwerkzaamheden op de draagblokken en dissels moeten
zonder last uitgevoerd worden door bevoegd personeel. Als, na deze controles,
herstellingswerken op deze producten uitgevoerd moeten worden, dan moet dit gebeuren
met reserveonderdelen van Tractel herkomst.
De onderhoudswerkzaamheden op deze producten zijn bijzonder gering, maar wij
raden u echter aan maandelijks de volgende handelingen uit te voeren:
• Controle van het vastzetten van de bevestigingsmoeren op de assen van de rollen.
• Visuele controle van de staat van de looprollen (vreemde voorwerpen, barsten,
slijtage van de loopband, vrije rotatie van de rol).
• Controle van de vrije rotatie van het plateau van de dissel.
