There are no user-serviceable parts.
Removal of the label to open the recorder voids the warranty.
Prior to returning a recorder, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. If the RMA number is not visible on the outside of the packing carton, NorthEast
Monitoring, Inc. will refuse delivery.
