INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PREHEAT
WARNING

Do not immerse above the MAX line.
1. Plug circulator into an outlet not used by another device. The On/Off ( ) button will light
up. Make sure cord is safely positioned away from water.
2. Press On/Off ( ) button. Control buttons will illuminate and display will show current
water temperature and On/Off Button will flash.
3. To set a desired temperature, press the temperature button. Temperature will flash in
display and the default temperature 125°F (52°C) will be displayed. Press up or down
buttons to select desired temperature. Press temperature button again to set, or it will
automatically set after 5 seconds. On/Off ( ) button will flash.
4. To select time, press timer button and 0:00 will flash. Press up or down button to select
desired time. Press time button again to set, or it will automatically set after 5 seconds.
Time does not need to be set to begin preheating.
5. To start circulator, press the flashing On/Off ( ) button. Circulator will chime once and
begin to heat water to desired temperature.
6. Display will show current temperature; Temperature ( ) button will flash during
preheating.
7. When desired temperature is reached, Temperature ( ) button will turn solid and circulator
will chime every 10 minutes. Display will alternate between temperature and 0:00 every
5 seconds. timer ( ) button will begin to flash.
COOK
1. To begin cooking, place sealed food in cooking vessel. Press flashing timer button to
begin countdown. If cook time has not been selected, timer will start counting up.
2. Current water temperature and cooking time will alternate on display every 5 seconds. It
is normal for cooking temperature to fluctuate a few degrees during cooking process.
3. When countdown timer reaches 0:00, circulator will chime 3 times and timer will display
an up arrow; time will start counting up.
4. The circulator will chime 3 times every ten minutes as a reminder that cooking is
complete.
• To cancel cooking at any time: Press On/Off ( ) button.
• To turn off appliance at any time: Press and hold On/Off ( ) button.
WHEN COOKING IS FINISHED:
1. Turn off and unplug circulator. CAUTION: Water will be hot.
2. Remove sealed food using tongs and place on a plate.
3. After food is removed, let water cool. Remove circulator by releasing clamp and follow
recommended cleaning instructions.
4. Discard cooking water after it is fully cooled.
ADJUST TEMPERATURE OR TIME DURING PREHEAT
1. Press and hold temperature or timer button and temperature or time in display will flash.
2. Press up or down buttons to adjust temperature or time.
3. To return to preheat, press temperature or timer button.
NOTE: Temperature and time cannot be adjusted once cooking has started. To adjust
temperature or time after cooking has started, press ON/OFF ( ) Button and return to
Step 3 under "PREHEAT."
