Install outriggers, large and small struts, and ramps to stabilize base.

Install outriggers on each side of the cen-
ter base unit.
Remove the two (2) center bolt assemblies
on each side of the center base unit. Align
base, and reinstall bolts with lock washers
Repeat procedure for second outrigger.
Install bolts loosely before proceeding.
Install long struts on each side from the
outriggers to the base column.
installation by removing any pre-attached
fasteners. Then remove the bolt assem-
blies located on the top of each outrigger
on the outer end.
Attach long strut to the designated hole
on the base column with the bolt/nut as-
sembly; insert bolt with lock washer and
