Remove top of crate. Then remove the
end panel of the crate where the base
forklift pockets are located,
and remove one long side panel of the
crate on the side accessible by the forklift.
Set forklift forks at a maximum width of 30"
(762mm) apart (measuring from outside of
fork to outside of fork).
Insert forks into base forklift pockets.
Note: After fully inserted, forks should be
angled upward so that the fork tips are lo-
cated just under the top plate of the forklift
pocket and the back of the forks rest on
the bottom plate of the forklift pockets.
The angled insertion of the forks will pre-
vent the base from potentially sliding off of
the forks while lifting and transporting.
Once forks have been properly set in the
forklift pockets, lift base from crate and set
on approved level installation site.
Note: Be sure to leave ample room sur-
rounding the base to allow for forklift
maneuvering during the remaining installa-
tion procedure.
