Installation instructions

Please note
If the DNCV-... is removed whilst the operating voltage
is applied, the number of strokes performed since the
operating voltage was switched on will not be taken
into consideration.
S Switch off the power supply before removing the
diagnostic module.
The diagnostic module is incorporated in the pneumatic
valve. The diagnostic module must be removed before the
DIL switches can be set. In order to do this, unscrew the
two fastening screws 2 (tightening torque when refitting:
max. 0.2 Nm) and pull the diagnostic module out of the
valve housing. A recess 5 simplifies removal (e.g. levering
out with screwdriver).
When refitting, check the position of the seal on the diag-
nostic module.
