8.2 CD-Spieler
nur bei den Modellen TXA-800CD und TXA-802CD

Auf dem CD-Spieler können Standard-Audio-CDs
abgespielt werden, auch selbst gebrannte (CD-R).
CH
Die Wiedergabe von CDs mit komprimierten Audio-
dateien (erstellt mit dem derzeit gängigsten Kom-
pressionsverfahren) ist ebenfalls möglich.
Der Anti-Shock-Speicher des CD-Spielers kann
Störungen beim Abtasten der CD durch Stöße oder
Vibrationen ausgleichen (bis zu 40 Sek. bei Stan-
dard-Audio-CDs, bis zu 5 Min. bei CDs mit kompri-
mierten Audiodateien). Er kann jedoch keine anhal-
tenden, heftigen Erschütterungen ausgleichen. Die
Box muss daher bei CD-Betrieb immer stationär
betrieben werden, d. h. auf festem, unbeweglichem
Untergrund stehen.
8.2.1 CD abspielen
1) Den Ein-/Ausschalter POWER (30) betätigen.
Auf dem Display (31) erscheinen nacheinander
folgende Anzeigen:
(keine CD) – wenn keine CD eingelegt ist.
2) Eine CD mit der Beschriftung nach oben so weit in
den Einzugsschlitz (28) schieben, bis sie automa-
tisch eingezogen wird. Im Display erscheint
(schließen), gefolgt von
bei Standard-Audio-CDs „CD" (a) eingeblendet.
3) Nach dem Einlesen der CD zeigt das Display
kurz die Gesamtanzahl aller Titel (i) und bei CDs
mit komprimierten Audiodateien zusätzlich die
Gesamtanzahl aller Ordner (h) → siehe dazu den
Hinweis unten und den Hinweis in Abschnitt B.
Danach wird der 1. Titel (i) angezeigt bzw. bei
CDs mit komprimierten Audiodateien der 1. Titel
(i) des 1. Ordners (h).
Um mit einem anderen Titel zu starten, diesen
anwählen (→ siehe Abschnitt A bzw. B), solange
die Zeitangabe (j) für den 1. Titel „- - : - -" anzeigt.
Hinweis: Wenn eine CD mit komprimierten Audio-
dateien keine Ordnerstruktur aufweist,
fasst der CD-Spieler alle Titel der CD in
einem Ordner (Ordner 1) zusammen.
8.2 CD player

The CD player allows to play standard audio CDs,
including those you have burnt yourself (CD-R). It
also allows replay of CDs with compressed audio
files (created with the current standard compression
procedure).
The anti-shock memory of the CD player is able
to compensate shocks or vibrations occurring during
the CD sampling (up to 40 seconds with standard
audio CDs, up to 5 minutes with CDs with com-
pressed audio files). It is, however, not able to com-
pensate continuous, severe vibrations. In case of
CD operation, the system must therefore always be
operated in a stationary way, i. e. it must be placed
on a solid, immobile ground.
8.2.1 Replaying a CD
1) Actuate the POWER switch (30). The display (31)
will successively show the following indications:

– if no CD is inserted.
2) Insert a CD with the lettering facing upwards so far
into the slot (28) until it is automatically pulled in.
The display will show
Then "CD" (a) will be inserted in case of standard
audio CDs.
3) After reading in the CD, the display will shortly
show the total title number (i) and, in case of CDs
with compressed audio files, additionally the total
folder number (h) → see the note below and the
note in section B. Then the first title (i) will be
shown or, in case of CDs with compressed audio
files, the first title (i) of the first folder (h).
To start with another title, select it (→ see sec-
tion A or B) as long as the time indication (j) for
the first title shows "- - : - -".
Note: If a CD with compressed audio files does
not have a folder structure, the CD player
will combine all titles of the CD in one
folder (folder 1).

4) Die Wiedergabe startet. Während des Abspielens
ist das Wiedergabesymbol (f) eingeblendet und
die Zeitangabe (j) zeigt die bereits verstrichene
Abspielzeit des Titels an (Minuten : Sekunden).
Mit der Taste PLAY/PAUSE (35) kann zwi-
schen Wiedergabe und Pause gewechselt wer-
den. Im Pausenmodus ist das Pausensymbol (g)
eingeblendet und die Zeitangabe (j) blinkt.
5) Den gewünschten Lautstärkepegel für den CD-
Spieler mit dem Regler LEVEL (36) einstellen.
6) Nach dem Einschalten ist die Funktion „Wieder-
holung aller Titel" aktiviert, d. h. die CD wird end-
los wiederholt. Soll das Abspielen vorzeitig ge-
stoppt werden, die Taste STOP/EJ (29) drücken.
7) Zum Auswerfen der CD im Stoppmodus die Taste
STOP/EJ (29) drücken. Das Display zeigt
die CD wird herausgefahren und kann entnom-
men werden. Sie kann aber auch durch Drücken
der Taste STOP/EJ wieder eingefahren werden.
Wird die CD nicht entnommen, zieht der CD-
(laden),
(öffnen),
Spieler sie nach ca. 15 Sek. automatisch ein.
A Anwahl von Titeln
Die jeweilige SKIP-Taste (34) drücken (nicht im Pau-
senmodus): Mit jedem Drücken der Taste F.WD wird
. Danach wird
ein Titel vorgesprungen, mit jedem Drücken der Tas-
te REV wird ein Titel zurückgesprungen. Nach der
Wahl des Titels startet seine Wiedergabe.
B Anwahl von Ordnern (Dateienverzeichnisse)
Bei CDs mit komprimierten Audiodateien, die eine
Ordnerstruktur aufweisen, kann jeder Ordner direkt
angewählt werden (nicht im Pausenmodus):
1) Die Taste FOLDER (32) drücken. Im Display
erscheint die Einblendung „FOLDER" (c).
2) Den Ordner mit den SKIP-Tasten (34) anwählen:
Mit jedem Drücken der Taste F.WD wird ein Ord-
ner weitergesprungen. Mit jedem Drücken der
Taste REV wird ein Ordner zurückgesprungen.
Hinweis: Die Durchnummerierung und damit die

between replay and pause. In the pause mode,
the pause symbol (g) will be inserted and the time
indication (j) will flash.
5) Adjust the desired volume level for the CD player
with the control LEVEL (36).
6) After switching on, the function "Repeat of all
titles" is activated, i. e. the CD will be contin-
uously repeated. To stop the replay at any time,
press the button STOP/EJ (29).
7) To eject the CD, press the button STOP/EJ (29)
in the stop mode. The display will show
CD will be ejected and can be removed. It can,
however, also be pulled in again when the button
STOP/EJ is pressed.
If the CD is not removed, the CD player will
automatically pull it in after approx. 15 seconds.
A Title selection
Press the corresponding SKIP button (34) [not in the
, followed by
.
pause mode]: Each time the button F.WD is pressed,
one title is skipped in forward direction; each time
the button REV is pressed, one title is skipped in
reverse direction. After the selection of the title, its
replay will start.
B Folder selection (file directories)
In case of CDs with compressed audio files which
have a folder structure, each folder can directly be
selected (not in the pause mode):
1) Press the button FOLDER (32). The display will
show the insertion "FOLDER" (c).
2) Select the folder with the SKIP buttons (34): Each
time the button F.WD is pressed, one folder is
skipped in forward direction; each time the button
REV is pressed, one folder is skipped in reverse
direction.
Reihenfolge der Ordner entspricht der
Ordnerstruktur auf der CD: erst alle
Ordner der Hauptebene, dann alle Ord-
ner der 2. Ebene, dann alle Ordner der
3. Ebene usw. Titel auf der Hauptebe-
ne, die keinem Ordner zugeordnet sind,
werden vom CD-Spieler immer zu Ord-
ner Nr. 1 zusammengefasst und allen
Ordnern vorangestellt.
3) Nach der Ordneranwahl startet die Wiedergabe
mit dem 1. Titel des Ordners. Zum Anwählen ei-
nes anderen Titels erst den Ordneranwahlmodus
durch Drücken der Taste FOLDER (32) ausschal-
ten [Einblendung „FOLDER" (c) erlischt], dann
den Titel mit einer der SKIP-Tasten anwählen.
C Schneller Vor-/Rücklauf
Während des Abspielens kann mit den SKIP-Tasten
,
(34) innerhalb eines Titels schnell vor- oder zurück-
gefahren werden: Für den Vorlauf die Taste F.WD
gedrückt halten, für den Rücklauf die Taste REV.
Hinweis: Solange die jeweilige Taste SKIP gedrückt
gehalten wird, läuft bei Standard-Audio-
CDs die Wiedergabe in normaler Ge-
schwindigkeit weiter, während bei CDs mit
komprimierten Audiodateien kein Ton zu
hören ist. Erst nach dem Lösen der Taste
startet die Wiedergabe ab der mit dem
Vor-/ Rücklauf erreichten Stelle.
8.2.2 Eigene Titelfolge zusammenstellen
1) Zum Schalten in den Programmiermodus die
Taste PROGRAM (27) drücken. Im Display
erscheinen die Einblendung „PROGRAM" (e),
die Titelnummer (i) des 1. Titels bzw. bei CDs mit
komprimierten Audiodateien die Titelnummer (i)
des 1. Titels im 1. Ordner (h) sowie die Speicher-
platznummer 1 (j).
2) Den 1. Titel für die gewünschte Titelfolge anwäh-
len (→ siehe Abschnitt A bzw. B in Kapitel 8.2.1).
3) Zur Bestätigung der Titelanwahl die Taste ENTER
(33) drücken. Das Display zeigt die Speicher-
platznummer 2 (j).
Note: The numbering and thus the sequence of
the folders corresponds to the folder struc-
ture on the CD: first all folders of the root
directory, then all folders of the subdirec-
tory, then all folders of the subsubdirec-
tory, etc. The CD player will always com-
bine any titles in the root directory which
are not assigned to a folder in folder No. 1
and place it ahead of all other folders.
3) After the folder selection, the replay will start with
the first title of the folder. To select another title,
first press the button FOLDER (32) to deactivate
the folder selection mode [insertion "FOLDER"
(c) will disappear], then select the title with one of
the SKIP buttons.
C Fast forward/reverse

During the replay, the SKIP buttons (34) allow fast
forward or reverse within a title: For fast forward,
keep the button F.WD pressed; for fast reverse,
keep the button REV pressed.
Note: As long as the corresponding SKIP button is
kept pressed, the replay is continued at
standard speed with standard audio CDs,
while there is no sound with CDs with com-
pressed audio files. The button must be
released before the replay will start from the
spot reached by fast forward/reverse.
8.2.2 Compiling an individual title sequence
1) To switch to the programming mode, press the
button PROGRAM (27). The display will show the
insertion "PROGRAM" (e), the title number (i) of
the first title or, for CDs with compressed audio
files, the title number (i) of the first title in the first
folder (h) and the storage location number 1 (j).
2) Select the first title for the desired title sequence
(→ see section A or B in chapter 8.2.1).
3) To confirm the title selection, press the button
ENTER (33). The display will show the storage
location number 2 (j).
