2.
Press the desired mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The LED flashes once.
3.

NOTES FOR LEARNING YOUR REMOTE:
Make sure you have new batteries in both remotes before learning.
Take care not to move either remote while pressing the buttons.
No functions may be stored under the Learn, Setup, TV, VCR, DVD, SAT, CD, AUDIO and Enter
keys.
Experiment by learning 2 or 3 keys initially (to ensure compatibility) and then clear the stored
learned commands before completely learning your original remote's keyboard.
When the memory is full, the LED will flash for three seconds. It is not possible to learn any
additional keys without clearing a mode first (please refer to 4.9 Clearing learned commands
to free up memory')
Experiment with the distance between the remotes if you have a problem learning.
Some remotes do not have their IR transmitter LED in the centre so you might need to
experiment with the side-to-side position of the remotes relative to each other.
Avoid direct sunlight and fluorescent or incandescent lamp while teaching the Marmitek
Remote.
If you have problems in learning keys, try clearing the memory and try learning them again.
5 CONTROLLING YOUR EXISTING EQUIPMENT THROUGH
FLOORS AND WALLS
Beside the well-known infrared (IR) technology, your SpeakerLink 65 remote also works with radio
technology. With this technology, you can not only control your SpeakerLink 65 Amplifier/Speaker
Driver, but also your existing equipment. This radio technology lets you control your equipment
throughout your home, even through floors and walls!
Locate the mini IR emitter, and connect the small plug into the rear of the receiver (IR Jack). The
thin cable contains three IR emitters that have a self adhesive rear. This must be placed over the IR
