User Troubleshooting Guide

UNDERCOUNTER MODELS:
PROBLEM
None of the electrical parts work.
All the electrical parts work but not
compressor. (water doesn´t get frozen).
No water in tray.
Bin full and ice touching thermostat
tube, but machine doesn´t stop.
Ice slab empty or too thick .
Difficult to release ice slab at harvest.
Not uniform flow pattern at evaporator.
Unit run and stops alternatively itself
PROBABLE CAUSE
The machine is unplugged.
Bin thermostat open.
Ice touching bin tube.
Bin thermostat open.
No ice touching bin tube.
Compresor switch is in the
"WASH" position (0).
Not incoming water.
Inlet strain at water valve blocked.
Bin thermostat doen´t open (only
operates at harvest time).
Desadjusted cycle time.
Unit bad leveled (tilted to back).
Not enough harvest time.
Dirty or scaled distributor.
Safety presostat opens.
For further problems call aftersales service.

SOLUTION
Plug in the machine and
verify shocket power.
Remove ice from the bin.
Adjust thermostat (electric
box under top cover).
Switch to "ICE" position (1).
Check water supply.
Check an clean.
Adjust thermostat (electric
box under top cover).
Adjust thermostat (electric
box under top cover).
Level; down front.
Add more pins to cam timer
wheels (as label indications).
Perform descaling procedure.
Remove and clean distributor (pull
from two clips at distributor sides).
Clean air condenser (behind front grid).
