On cleaning and maintenance:
Note
Liquid cleaning agents, such as soap suds, can destroy the short−stroke cylinder.
· Clean the ADNE−LAS when necessary only with a soft dry cloth.
Liquids must not get inside the ADNE−LAS.
· Clean the ADNE−LAS when necessary with a soft cloth.
All media gentle to the material may be used as cleaning agents.
· Every 5 million switching cycles, check the displacement of the retracted piston
rod of max 0.5 mm. The permissible tolerance must not be exceeded.
· Replace the bearing cap if the deflection is too high (è chapter Disassembly
and repair").

Disassembly and repair
Warning
Hot surface temperatures (up to 75 in normal operation, over 100 °C when there
is a malfunction) can cause burns.
· Make sure that hot surfaces on the short−stroke cylinder are not touched
unless the user is sufficiently protected against burns (e.g. with protective
gloves).
Warning
Strong magnetic fields impair the functioning of electronic devices (e.g. heart
pacemakers).
· Always leave the linear motor 2 installed inside the ADNE−LAS. Otherwise
strong magnetic fields may occur.
· Always leave the housing of the linear motor mounted.
The screws in the housing must not be loosened.
· Switch off the power supplies.
· Recommendation: Send the product to our repair service.
This ensures that special attention will be paid to the necessary fine
adjustments and inspections.
