A.1. Approval documents
This appendix provides approval documents, including certificates and the control drawing. Please
read and understand these materials thoroughly before beginning installation.
A.1.1. United States Certificate
Factory Mutual has issued a certificate of compliance for the 64060625 battery pack indicating it
complies with U.S. requirements for intrinsically safe equipment. Review this certificate for details of
the approval entity values and non-incendive field wiring parameters. Refer to page A-6 for the
certificate.
A.1.2. Canadian Certificate
Factory Mutual has issued a certificate of compliance for the 64060625 battery pack indicating it
complies with Canadian requirements for intrinsically safe equipment. Review this certificate for
details of the approval entity values and non-incendive field wiring parameters. Refer to page A-8
for the certificate.
A.1.3. Control Drawing
In order to obtain the U.S. and Canadian Factory Mutual certificates of compliance for the
64060625 battery pack, a control drawing was created. This drawing is a guide of how to install
and connect the 64060625 battery pack. Review this drawing before installation. Refer to page A-
10 for the drawing.
A.1.4. European Certificate (ATEX)
Factory Mutual has issued a certificate of compliance for the 64060625 battery pack indicating it
