Data transfer to the PC
The data saved can be transferred to a personal computer for precise analysis
using the PC LogBook software and the dedicated interface. The interface and
the software are available at authorized SCUBAPRO UWATEC dealers.
Once you have installed the interface on your Windows PC with a USB port, you
can transfer your data using the following steps:
1) Launch the PC LogBook software.
2) Switch the Xtender dive computer to PC data transfer mode by pressing
"mode" until you reach the dive profi le display (PROF), and then enter
transfer mode by pressing "lock". The letters "PC" will appear on the
display.
3) Place the Xtender computer in the interface, making sure that the lower
part of the case touches the metal contacts and that the wet contact
corresponds with the transducer located on the left wall of the cavity. The
LED stays off.
4) Activate the Transfer function from the Tool menu in the program. The data
transfer window will appear, and you can begin transferring your data by
pressing the "START" button.

Data profi le sampling frequency
Xtender saves the data for the dive profi le every 30 seconds. If you want to
increase the resolution of data transferred to the PC, you can tell the computer
to sample the data every 15 seconds. To change the frequency: from planning
mode ("plan"), press "lock", then "select" twice, and fi nally "light/set". Setting
the frequency at 15 seconds will cut the memory capacity in half.
Checking the battery charge
The level of battery charge is checked every 10 minutes in all modes except for:
Dive mode and Data transfer to the PC.
