When the operating limits of Xtender are exceeded or a decompression stop is
skipped, the display will block: all segments of the display will begin fl ashing, and
you will not be able to access dive planning, settings, or dive modes.
The block ends after 48 hours, or after you complete the reset procedure
(simultaneously hold down the "select" and "light/set" button for at least
15 seconds while the computer is in watch mode).
