3.2 Assign AS−Interface slave address
Before connecting to the AS−Interface bus: assign an un
used address to each slave.
Please note
Valve terminal type CPA..−GE−ASI−4E4A−Z can be ad
dressed at the following connections as desired:
Plug for flat cable Bus" or M12 plug
Bus/24 V DC" (see section 3.6)
Addressing socket Addr."
It is not necessary to parametrize the AS−Interface
slave.
Permitted address range: 1...31 (factory setting 0).
For addressing at the plug for the flat cable Bus" or at the
M12 plug Bus/24 V DC":
Use the addresser type ASI−PRG−ADR with adapter cable
type KASI−ADR.
or addressing at the addressing socket Addr.":
Use the addresser type ASI−PRG−ADR with a connecting
cable (e.g. part no. 3RK1901−3HA01 from Siemens).
