A step-by-step guide

Press the START button. All segments of the
numerical display and all function symbols will
be illuminated for a short period.
At the first measurement after insertion of the
batteries the unit automatically inflates to ca.
180 mmHg. The increasing sleeve pressure is

shown digitally.
If the reached pressure level is too low, the unit
automatically pumps up by approx. 50 mmHg.
Successive measurements adjust the inflation
level according to the result of the previous
measurement – memomatic function: Inflation
level systolic value of the foregone measure-
ment + 50 mmHg.
Once inflated, the pump is switched off and the
air in the cuff escapes automatically.
If not already the case, you should now keep
your arm completely still and not speak.
