the clasp out of the anchor point (Diag. 20).
2. Replace the clasps in the rear compartment and

fit the cup holder whenever you like.
To install the cup holder:
1. Insert the cup holder into the relative slot (Diag. 21).
2. Press the cup holder downwards until it clicks into
place (Diag. 22).

lift it upwards, out of the slot (Diag. 23).
The cup holder slots are fitted with a special device

1. Press the lever on the back of the cup holder as
seen in Diag. 23 and rotate it to the desired position
(Diag. 24)
ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE BACKREST
It is possible to adjust the height of the backrest and
headrest to 8 different positions to guarantee that
the child's head is always well protected and the belt
is positioned properly on the shoulder.
To give you an idea, the child's ears must never be
higher than the headrest and the belt slot must al-
ways be higher than the child's shoulders (Diag. 25).
To adjust the backrest:
1. Use one hand to press the lever on the back of
the headrest whilst the other hand holds the seat
in place (Diag. 26).
2. Raise or lower the headrest/backrest to the de-

will hear it click into place when it is locked in po-
sition.
ADJUSTING THE WIDTH OF THE BACKREST
The width of the backrest can be adjusted to adapt
the child car seat to the physique of the child.
To do so, use one hand to rotate the handle on the
back of the child car seat backrest and then:
1. turn it clockwise to widen the backrest (Diag.
28).
2. turn it counter clockwise to reduce the width of
the backrest (Diag. 29).
ADJUSTING THE INCLINATION OF THE BACK-
REST
The child car seat backrest can easily be moved and
adapted to fit the vehicle seat (Diag. 30).
The child car seat backrest can be reclined to 3 diffe-
rent positions to allow the child to travel in absolute
comfort.
Before adjusting the backrest, remove the child from
the child car seat.
To recline the backrest:
1. Insert a finger into the slot on the seat as seen
in Diag. 31.
2. Press the button in the slot whilst pulling/pushing
the rear adjuster handle to the desired position, as
illustrated in Fig. 32. Each click corresponds to one
position change
WARNING! On completing this operation, make sure
the adjuster handle is fixed firmly in place. When
you have completed the operations above, you can
install the child car seat in the vehicle and strap the
child inside as indicated in the relative chapter.
WARNING! Check that the car safety belt retractor
is behind the backrest of the car seat (or at least
aligned to it) (Diag. 5).
