5. Initiation
Check daily:
Reliable condition of the masonry bench saw and blade. Well secured blade on the

Do not place the masonry bench saw on
loose or sandy ground!
Insert the stands and secure with the ring screws. If the as
accessory available set of transport wheels is mounted, se-
cure the masonry bench saw against moving.
5.2 Water tub
Check the suction strainer of the water pump is
fully under water, otherwise the water pump may
be damaged!
Check the drain-off plug is correctly fixed and fill the water tub
with clean water, approx. 28.5 l (water tub 80% filled).
5.3 Mounting the blade
Always unplug the mains plug before mounting the
blade. Danger of losing blade if not correctly fixed on
the blade shaft. Always remove adjusting tools after
mounting the blade.
Remove the star grip and dismount the blade guard and the
outer flange. Make sure that the blade shaft, flanges and blade
are not damaged and free of sawdust and slurry. Pay attention
to the correct rotation. Direction signs are on the blade and blade
guard. Mount the outside flange and fix it correctly. Secure the
blade guard with the star grip.
5.4 Setting cutting depth
The cutting table may not have any blade contact!
Move the cutting head to the desired cutting depth by turning the
hand wheel counter clockwise.Move the cutting head in each
direction to ensure the cutting table has no blade contact.

immediately and lock it.
