Setting up the machine

Attention: The cutting head must be
set and detected with the control
handle in a raised position!
Attention: The cutting table must be
saved with the transport lock.
Loosen the star knob screws on the legs to close this
out. Setting up the machine on a solid level and stable
surface.

Mounting / changing the blade

To mount or replace a new blade, always do the
following instructions:

Switch off the machine and unplug the supply
cable. (1)

Loose the screw on the side of the blade guard
and loose the screw at the front of the blade
guard until the blade guard can pivot to access
the tool. (2,3,4)

Loose the left threaded hexagonal nut on the
motor shaft and remove the outer flange and the
tool. (5,6,7,8)

Clean the tool shaft and flanges and inspect for
wear. (9)

Mount the new blade. Make sure the tool rotation
is correct and the bore corresponds to the shaft
diameter. (10)

Mount back the outer flange. (11,12)

Tighten the left threaded hexagonal nut on the
motor shaft. (13)

Close the blade guard. Tighten the screw at the
front and on the side. (14,15,16,17)
