7. Maintenance
Cut off electric motor and pull mains plug before maintenance, repair or inspection.
Work on the electrical system or equipment may only be carried out by a skilled electrician!
7.1 Masonry bench saw
After cutting clean the masonry bench saw and check for damages.
Necessary repairs must be carried out immediately (see spare parts list).
Take off the water pump and put it in a bucket. Plug in the mains plug an let the masonry bench saw run for 1
or 2 minutes. Unplug the mains plug and insert the water pump back in the masonry bench saw.
To prevent overheat clean periodically the ventilator cowl and the cooling ribs of the electric motor.
Special repairs like the alignment of the cutting table to the blade have to be done only by qualified persons.
7.2 Diamond blade
After cutting check the diamond blade for:
• Damaged or lost segments
• Fractures on the segment feet
• Deformation
• Wear out
