BEFORE FIRST USE
1. There are no tools required to assemble the knob. Slide the bolt of the knob through the top
hole of the terracotta dome. Use the washer and the wring nut on the inside of the dome and
tighten them by hand. Do not over tighten. The terracotta dome might break.
2. Clean the baking plate before using the appliance for the first time (see 'Cleaning and
maintenance'). The appliance may emit some smoke and a characteristic smell when you switch
it on for the first time. This is normal, and will stop soon.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable, hest-resistant and splash-proof wurface where it cannot fall.
2. Do clean the heating element before plugging in.
3. Plug in the power cord into a grounded outlet wall socket to turn on the appliance.
4. The control light on the side of the Pizzarette
immediately.
NOTE: Turn on the pizza oven 15 minutes before use.
