Please remove all packaging materials and stickers resp. labels before first use. Rinse
the jug, the frothing discs, the lid and the measuring cap in warm dishwater with a
soft dishrag. Re-rinse under clear water and dry carefully. Wipe the motor base clean

1. Place the appliance on a moisture resistant, even, clean and dry as well as heat
resistant work surface and connect the power plug to a suitable power outlet.
The button surround of the START/STOP button lights up to indicate that the
appliance is in standby mode.
2. Choose a suitable frothing disc:
Use the "CAPP" frothing disc with teeth (I) for thick, creamy milk froth or the
"LATTE" frothing disc without teeth (J) for silkily stirred, only slightly frothed milk.
CAPP (I)
3. Take the jug off the motor base and push the selected frothing disc onto the
seating pin in the milk jug. Push the frothing disc onto the seating pin with the
wider end first and press it down to lock it into place. Tip: The magnet makes the
frothing disc slide over the seating pin practically by itself, however, the frothing
disc still has to be pressed down until you hear a "click", making sure that it is
firmly seated.

LATTE (J)
Note: Always make sure that the frothing disc is fully locked onto the seating pin,
only then you can fill in milk resp. liquid. Should the frothing disc not be firmly
seated, it might slide off of the seating pin and not froth resp. stir the milk.
Caution:
The frothing disc is small, therefore it could be swallowed by small children. This
makes it necessary that children are always supervised during use to prevent them
from taking the frothing disc. Danger of suffocation!
4. Pour the required amount of cold, fresh milk into the milk jug. Please note the
MIN and MAX marking on the inside of the jug, there should not be too little or
too much milk in the jug. Close the jug with the lid. The measuring cap should be
screwed shut in the lid. The rubber around the lid should air tightly seal the jug.
MIN
Note:
To achieve optimal results, you should never exceed the MAX marking CAPP/LATTE
MAX (500 ml) on the inside of the jug!
Important:
Always use cold milk and pour at least so much milk into the jug that the MIN
marking is exceeded. The milk frother automatically switches off if the milk jug is
empty or the amount of milk lies below the MIN marking. Should this be the case,
you always have to wait a few minutes until the milk frother has cooled down before
using it again.
