Solution
• Use cold, fresh milk.
• Do not froth milk that has already
been heated and frothed once.
• Fill less milk into the jug.
• Check if the button surround flashes
and does not shine constantly.

How much the milk frothes is often
determined by the milk itself. Try
using a different milk or switch to
another kind of milk. The fat rate of
the milk might also be responsible.
Check which frothing disc works best
for you. The frothing disc with teeth
frothes the milk more intensively.
•
Adding thick ingredients like syrup,
heavy powder or large flakes to the
milk can reduce the amount of froth.
•
Check if the jug is correctly placed in
the heating chamber of the motor
base.
• Press the START/STOP button to start
the frothing process.
•
Increase the temperature with the
START/STOP rotary knob by turning it
to the right.
1. Interrupt the frothing process by
pressing the START/STOP button.
2. Pour the milk / liquid out of the jug.
3. Place the frothing disc correctly on
the seating pin and press it down, so
that it locks into place with a "click".
4. Fill the jug with milk / liquid.
5. If desired, add the ingredients slowly
and in small amounts to the jug, after
the milk has been heated up.

Solution
• Leave the milk frother work for a few
minutes to heat up the milk before
adding the ingredients.
• Only put ingredients into the jug that
have been chopped into small pieces.

Turn the START/STOP button to a
new temperature, either higher or
lower, depending on the case.
Caution: The milk is not heated in the
COLD STIR position.
• Only fill so much milk into the jug
that the volume is between the MIN
and the MAX marking.
• You can stop the operation at any
time by pressing the START/STOP
button. Once the button surround
stops flashing, operation is stopped.
