If there is a fault, first try to find a solution
to the problem yourself. If you cannot find
a solution to the problem yourself, contact
nearest IKEA store.
Possible Cause
Power shortage or power short circuit
in the power source of your home.
Power connection to socket not
performed properly.
More than 10 seconds have passed
since the appliance was switched on.
The child safety device is switched on.
Several sensor fields were touched at
the same time.
The cookware is not suitable for
induction cooker.
No cookware on cooking zone.
The cookware is empty (dry-boiling)
or cooking temperature is too high.
The air inlet and outlet is being
blocked.
Surrounding temperature is too high.
The main power supply is over AC
275V.
The main power supply is lower than
AC 100V.
The temperature sensor of the
machine is not working.
No cookware on cooking zone.
The cookware is empty (dry-boiling)
or cooking temperature is too high.
Internal exception.
Solution
Overlook the power supply to
hob for correct connection.
Switch the appliance on again.
Deactivate child safety device.

Only touch one sensor field.
Change to a cookware suitable

Turn off the machine and restart
after 5 minutes. If E2 still
remain, please contact nearest
