4. Attach rear support bracket behind left and right
mount brackets using M10 x 1.5 x 25mm
capscrews, flat washers and locknuts, as shown
in Figure 4. Use a 17mm socket/wrench but do
not tighten at this time.
5. Later model year Rangers will have slots in the
front of the bumper, as shown in Figure 5. For
earlier model year Rangers without slots,
proceed to step 7.
6. Attach left and right mount brackets to bumper
using M10 x 1.5 x 40mm capscrews, flat washers
and locknuts, as shown in Figure 6. Use (2) flat
washers in between mount bracket and bumper
at each capscrew location. Use a 17mm socket/
wrench to secure, but do not tighten at this time.
