Sterile device
Store instruments in their original protective packaging, and do not
remove them from the packaging until immediately before use.
Prior to use, check the product expiration date and verify the integrity
of the sterile packaging. If all packaging appear to be intact, remove
product(s) from the package using aseptic technique. Do not use if the
package is damaged or expiration date is passed.

The "TRAUMACEM V+ Syringe Kit, 4×1 mL, 2.3 mm Adapter" is in-
tended for single use only and must not be reused. Reuse or reprocess-
ing (e.g. cleaning and/or resterilization) may compromise the structural
integrity of the device and/or lead to device failure which may result in
patient injury, illness or death. Furthermore, reuse or reprocessing of
single-use devices may create a risk of contamination, e.g. due to the
transmission of infectious material from one patient or person to an-
other. This could result in injury or death of the patient or user.
Device-specific warnings
The purpose of the milliliter (mL) scale on the side of the "TRAUMA-
CEM V+ Syringe Kit, 4×1 mL, 2.3 mm Adapter" syringes is to give phy-
sicians an indication of how much PMMA-based bone cement has been
injected. This scale is for information purposes only.
