CLEAN When the number of washing cycles is reached, the water shall be changed.
RELEASE KEY Wait for cycle completion before starting a new one.
CHECKING Initial control at wheel washer power up.
STARTING Cycle starting phase.
STOPPING Cycle stopping phase.
WASHING Washing cycle on-going.
DRYING Drying cycle on-going.
READY Waiting for cycle restart.
WAIT The machine waits 5 seconds before restarting the operations.
FAST WARMING Fast warming cycle on-going.

CONT. WASHING Long (continuous) washing cycle on-going.

TEMPERATURE Water temperature is already within the preset range.
OK The LCD display will show "TEMPERATURE OK" on the first line for a few seconds then revert to the main operation page.
NO HEATER The wheel washer is not equipped with the water heating system.
The LCD display will show "NO HEATER" on the first line for a few seconds then revert to the main operation page.
TIME START END * Timer function of the water heating system.
LOW POWER Low power mode enabled.
WASHES TO CLEAN
SOFTWARE RELEASE
GRANULE COLLECT.
PAUSE The message shows when any work cycle is paused by pressing the reset button.

WAshINg ProbLEms

o The wheel washer shows a drastic reduction in washing performances.
1. NOZZLE CLOGGING DUE TO A LOW WATER LEVEL INSIDE THE WASHING TANK CAUSED BY A PROGRESSIVE EVAPORATION
OF THE WATER DURING ACTIVITY.
NOTE: Operating the machine with an on-going nozzle clogging process may lead to granule collection inside the pump and/or pump motor
overloading and operation disruption due to tripping of the motor protection circuit breaker protecting the pump motor from overloading. The
display will show message "ERR 1".
REMEDIES
o Use the standard supplied blowing gun to free the water spray nozzles and pump adduction tubes from granules and other residuals
which may have obstructed the nozzle openings.
o If the pump remains blocked even after having repeated 4-5 times the above listed operation, contact an authorized Service Center for
assistance.
PREVENTIVE MEASURES
o Daily check the water level inside the washing tank and eventually fill it with water till the maximum level.

assistance.

To perform such a fast warming cycle push the green "RESET" and keep it depressed, then push the "WATER
HEATING SYSTEM" button.
To perform such cycle push the green "RESET" and keep it depressed, then push the " 120" " button contemporarily.
