CHARGING THE GYSCAP 500E
The GYSCAP 500E charges itself in a few seconds when connected to a started vehicle's 12V battery.
The voltage of the supercapacitors will be at a maximum of 14V or at the maximum voltage that
the alternator can supply.
If the alternator voltage is less than 14V, the GYSCAP 500 E will not be charged at a 100%.
CHARGE USING THE CLAMPS
Connect the GYSCAP 500E clamps to a vehicle in working order. Ensure that the polarity is correct.
Start the vehicle.
Press the Power button.
The display's bars blink. The charge is done in a few seconds.
The digital displays shows «ON» and three bars. The GYSCAP 500E is ready for another start.
After switching the GYSCAP 500E off using the
Disconnect the GYSCAP 500E clamps from the vehicle.
Wind up the cables and put them in the dedicated space.
CIGARETTE LIGHTER CHARGE
For an easier charge, the GYSCAP 500E is supplied with a cigarette lighter cable for direct charging from the vehicle's
cigarette lighter socket. It is then possible to optimally charge the GYSCAP 500E in a few dozens of minutes.

This is recommended for an extra charge. In the event that the GYSCAP 500E is fully
discharged, it is faster to charge it by connecting it to a started vehicle's battery.
Extra charge : 20 minutes
Full charge : 4 hours
Connect the GYSCAP 500E cigarette lighter cable to a started vehicle.
Start the vehicle.
The display's bars blink.
• The extra charge is done in a few dozens of minutes.
• The full charge is done in a few hours.
The digital displays shows «ON» and three bars. The GYSCAP 500E is ready for another start.
After switching the GYSCAP 500E off using the
Disconnect the cigarette lighter cable from the vehicle.
