2. Grilling
Put the function switch in position
to 250°C. To reduce the heating up period, please turn the function swich to
then after approx. 10 minutes to
The lower heating element doesn't get hot
Put the food on the wire grill and place the bake pan on the lower level. Turn the
food after the half of the time.
To grill in the pan, insert the pan in the wished position.
Please use the added handle to remove the pan or wire grill.
Be careful when there is liquid in the pan. Danger of burns!
Please use the enclosed handle to put out the grid or to pull out the pan.
3. Rotisserie grilling
Fix a rotisserie fork at the spit. Put the tied meat or poultry on the spit and fix it with
the second rotisserie fork.
Be careful, that the meat is in the middle of the spit. Put the spit with the meat on the
rotisserie handle and put the top of the spit into the spit motor opening on the right
side of the inner housing. Then put the the other side of the spit on the spit holder.
Place the drip pan on the lower heating element, turn the function switch to
the thermostat to 250°C. Adjust the grilling time by the timer.
4. Grilling with the rotisserie basket
With the rotisserie basket it is easy to make low fat

The screws must be fixed into the thread of the rotisserie basket. Place the basket at
the middle of the rotisserie spit and fix the screws.
Open the basket and fill in the food (max half full). The basket must be well closed,
else the food can fall out.
Place the bake pan into the lowest level of the grill. The program switch should be
turned to XXX and the thermostat turned to 250°C. Then turn the clock on and heat
up the appliance for ca 10min.
The basket should be placed on the rotisserie spit holder and put the lace of the spit
in the opening of the motor gear at the right side of the inner chamber. Place the
other side of the spit on the support on the left side. After finishing the grilling the
rotisserie basket should be removed with the spit holder. When opening the basket
take care, as the basket is very hot, always wear special oven gloves.
