Cleaning the sample compartment
The sample compartment has a permeable inner plastic shell. Once you have removed the bottle
trays, the distribution pan and the tap, you can then clean the whole sample compartment easily
using a water hose.
7.4
Cleaning the ventilator and the liquefier
Depending on the ambient conditions (e.g. high level of dust formation), you should purge the ven-
tilator and the liquefier with compressed air at regular intervals.

Maintenance recommendation
Note!
Endress+Hauser can offer you a maintenance contract for your ASP Station 2000. A maintenance
contract offers you increased operational safety and will reduce the burden on your operating staff.
More detailed information on maintenance contracts can be obtained from your local E+H service
organisation.
1. Loosen the clamping lever and the air hose.
2. Pull the dosing glass forwards and remove it.
3. Unscrew the bayonet lock and open the dosing glass.
4. Thoroughly clean the dosing glass and cover with conducti-
vity probes with soap and water.
5. Put the dosing glass back together and install it in the reverse
order.
