CLEANING AND USER MAINTENANCE

GENERAL WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Clean the outer surfaces and door liner of the dishwasher regularly using a soft cloth moistened
with a neutral detergent (non-abrasive and/or corrosive) suitable for painted surfaces. Clean the
door gaskets with a damp sponge.
Periodically (once or twice a year) it is advisable to clean the liner and gaskets, using a soft cloth
and water to remove any deposits.
Do not clean the controls with too much water as it may leak onto the electrical components
and damage them.
After cleaning, dry the appliance with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Clean any stainless steel surfaces with a non-abrasive product specific for stainless steel. To
prevent stains, a nebulizer may also be used; though sparingly and with moderate pressure.
CLEANING THE WATER INTAKE FILTER
Clean the water inlet filter at regular intervals. After closing
the supply valve, unscrew the ring nut (A) on the water inlet
pipe (using a pair of pliers, if necessary) and gently clean the
filter, removing deposits or impurities.
Then secure the pipe by tightening the ring nut (use a pair of
pliers if necessary).
CLEANING THE SPRAY ARMS
The spray arms can be easily removed for periodic cleaning of the nozzles, to prevent possible
clogging. Wash them under running water (at room temperature) and carefully replace them
in their seats, checking that their rotary movement is in no way impeded; if this is not the case,
make sure they have been mounted properly.
UPPER SPRAY ARM
To remove the upper spray arm (A), unscrew the locking ring (B) by turning it clockwise. After
cleaning, remount the spray arm in its seat and tighten the locking ring by turning it counter-
clockwise.
