Please read carefully the Operating Instructions and the
servicing instructions. Familiarise thoroughly with the
controls and proper using of the appliance. You must know
how the appliance works and how the controls may quickly
be switched off.
Never let children work with the appliance. Never let an
adult person work with the appliance without proper
training.
Do not let any persons, especially small children and pets,
to the place of your work.
Be careful to prevent slipping of falling.
Use as designated
The ECO WHEELER 1600 E MOWER has been designed
to treat grass plots and lawns in private spaces.
Works other than those for which the appliance has been
designed and that are specified in the Operating
Instructions cannot be performed with this appliance.
Any other use is in conflict with the designation. The
manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential
damage and injuries. Please be sure to know that our
appliances have not been designed to be used for
industrial purposes.
Assembly
Fastening the handles
1.
Insert the two posts in appropriate holes on the
mower and fasten them using two bolts (included
in the supply). (pic. 2)
2.
Shift the cable pull relief equipment above the
arch handle and fasten it using the holding
clamps (included in the supply). (pic. 3)
3.
Now fasten the arch handle to the bottom posts
using bolts and fly nuts (included in the supply).

4.
Fasten the 2-point safety switch cable to the
arch handle and the post using two cable
clamps. (pic. 4)
2-point safety switch assembly (pic. 5)
1.
Unscrew both bolts on the 2-point safety switch.
2.
Spread slightly the 2-point safety switch braces,
shift the switch above the both holes in the arch
handle and screw the 2-point safety switch.
Assembly of wheels (pic. 6)
1.
Fit the small front and big rear wheels, insert
washers and fasten the wheels using
appropriate nuts.
2.
Now fit the wheel covers on the assembled
wheels.
Buffer assembly (pic. 7)
1.
Insert the spring on the buffer in the mower hole.
2.
Press the buffer carefully in the appropriate
fixtures on the mower.
Grass catcher assembly (pic. 9)
1.
Assemble the grass catcher as shown in the
picture.
