BOTH AT THE START AND END OF A REPAIR, CHECK THE EQUIPMENT INSULATION LEVELS. DISCONNECT
BLOW THE INSIDE OF THE EQUIPMENT WITH COMPRESSED AIR.
The insulation measuring device will have a voltage of 500 Vcc and will be applied at the following points of the
circuit:
- Power supply - Earth: Ra > 50 Mohms.
- Welding - Earth: Ra > 50 Mohms.
- Power supply - Welding: Ra > 50Mohms.
PROBABLE CAUSE.
There is no voltage in the machine.
Mains voltage > 380 V.
Faulty ON/OFF switch.
Low magnetothermal switch.
There may be a short-circuit.
Overheated equipment
Mains voltage > 265 V.
High Heating Of Compressor.
Lack of pressure
Badly fitted electrode or none has
been fitted.
Electrode or nozzle very worn
You forgot the air diffuser
Nozzle-support badly fitted.
You forgot the Ground
High cutting speed
Low mains voltage
Very high pressure
THE ELECTRONIC PLATES WHEN MEASURING THE INSULATION

POSSIBLE SOLUTION.
Change the intake and/or power supply
hose. Observe if any of the
magnetothermals have "tripped".
Check power supply voltage
Replace ON/OFF switch.
Change for another with a larger calibre.
Cut at lower current levels.
Disconnect the machine from the mains
and verify power supply hose.
Wait until the equipment cools down
Check power supply voltage.
Wait to refrigerate the compressor, the
system will become operational once it
goes off the indication bright
Fit electrode
Change accessories
Fit the diffuser
Correctly fit the nozzle-support
Place ground on part to be cut
Reduce speed
Verify equipment power supply
Lower pressure in torch
